### Will It Run On My PC?

Find out in ten seconds: press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, open Performance, click GPU and read Dedicated GPU memory.

Under 6 GB

Everywear will install. The Vault, the Browser and Educ8 run. Gener8 can still make songs by using your processor instead, and Vid Studio can turn your own songs into music videos with a watermark. My Mait, pictures and videos made from a description need a stronger graphics card.

6 to 8 GB

Almost everything free runs, with My Mait and 1magen in a limited mode. Gener8 makes songs, and Vid Studio turns them into music videos. Making video from a description (3nvizen) needs more graphics memory.

Almost everything runs well. The biggest video tools, such as 3nvizen, are limited until you have 12 GB, and 16 GB or more is ideal for the bigger creative tools.

### No Forced Corporate Dependencies

Everywear never asks you to sign in to Google or Microsoft. A sign-in only happens if you choose to connect Gmail, Drive or another service. Opt in, opt out. Agency for you and your agents is supreme.

Every tool inside Everywear talks to every other tool through an open protocol. A music model can query the vault. An image model can call the director. A third-party agent can compose the whole chain. You choose which local model runs, and a connected model only when you ask for one. Everywear handles the routing, so you don't have to.

To check your download, open PowerShell and run Get-FileHash followed by the path to the installer. The result should match the SHA-256 above.

#### Windows May Warn You

The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” window. That is normal for a new, unsigned app, and it is why we publish the SHA-256 so you can check what you downloaded. To go ahead:

- Click **More info** in the SmartScreen window.
- Click **Run anyway**.
- Follow the installer. Your Everywear ID is created inside the app.

You do not need to change any Windows security settings, and we would ask you to leave SmartScreen switched on.

The installer checks your GPU on first boot and sets up the right models for every applet. Heavier capabilities scale up with your VRAM.

**AMD note:** the beta is built and tested for NVIDIA RTX. AMD64 is the CPU architecture, not a promise that every AMD GPU runs every local AI stack at full speed. Everywear detects CUDA/NVIDIA, Vulkan/AMD-Intel, and CPU fallback; NVIDIA RTX/CUDA is the recommended path for full local acceleration.

Tier caps are the same on every GPU: your hardware can lower a render below the cap, never raise it. “Below spec” means that applet needs more local VRAM than the band offers.

Right now AI belongs to techbros, hobby geeks, and the companies renting it back to everyone else by the token. But what about you? You just want the thing to work, without anyone leeching your ideas or bleeding you dry every month. That's the whole ethos: radical about ownership, practical about everything else. ### Intelligence You Own

Every generation of computing ends up asking the same question: do you own the machine, or does the machine own you? The mainframe said one thing, the PC said the other, and the cloud quietly took it back. AI arrived with the answer already filled in: rent it by the token, meter it, and keep the off switch somewhere you can't reach. We think that answer is wrong, or at the very least premature.

When your AI lives in someone else's data centre, everything you do with it is a **lease**. The price changes under you, and it does. The model your workflow depends on gets retired with a blog post. An outage on another continent takes your tools down mid-sentence. And every prompt, document and half-formed idea you feed it becomes inventory on somebody else's servers, governed by terms you didn't write and can't negotiate.

The cloud can change the price, retire the model and rewrite the terms. *Your GPU can't do any of that to you.*
